Your tasks:

  • Performs the procurement tasks of MSK Hungary Bt., fully coordinates the procurement categories within its competence;
  • Participates in the preparation, negotiation and implementation of strategic purchases;
  • Finding new suppliers, preparing and conducting tenders, price negotiations;
  • Provision of stock monitoring, up-to-date management of procurement data of the company management system;
  • Proactive participation and follow-up in the conclusion of procurement contracts;
  • Preparing procurement-related reports and statistics, handling invoices and complaints;
  • Active participation and making recommendations in the review of procurement internal regulators and General Terms and Conditions;
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers and partner departments within the company, as well as with the purchasing department of the parent company.

Your profile:

  • Higher education (in economics/logistics/technical field);
  • 3 years of professional experience at a production company in the same field 
  • Negotiation-level knowledge of English and/or German both orally and in writing;
  • User-level IT knowledge;
  • Complex way of thinking, systems approach;
  • Fast, accurate, demanding work;
  • Team spirit;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good advocacy skills;
  • Experience in using an integrated company management system is an advantage.
