Your tasks:

Drilling, tapping (threaded holes) and reaming holes in metal, plastic, sheet metal and bar stock materials
Marking hole positions, preparing and carrying out drilling operations based on technical drawings
Performing operator-level maintenance on machines and keeping the work area clean

Relevant technical qualification
Team-oriented mindset
General knowledge of machinery and materials, with strong knowledge of raw materials considered an advantage
Experience in tool sharpening and crane operator license are an advantage
Knowledge and practical application of standard and commonly used drill bits, their sizes and scales
Thorough knowledge and application of standard and commonly used taps
Knowledge and practical experience with standard reamers
Ability to read technical drawings, measure and mark hole positions (independently or with assistance)
Independent execution of drilling operations: preparation, pilot drilling, drilling, tapping, reaming
Basic knowledge and practical use of drilling machines and tools (including tool sharpening)
Ability to perform self-inspection using measuring instruments (caliper, bore micrometer, gauge blocks) according to technical drawings and general hole tolerances (based on standards MSZ EN 20286; ISO 286; DIN 7168)
Professional interest and willingness to develop skills
