Ihre Mission:

As operational manager of final assembly, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operational procedure with the team leader and the assembly group leaders in all areas assigned to final assembly.
You will be responsible for cross-departmental processes and deadlines and coordinate the optimal use of resources in the various projects.
You will monitor all processes in final assembly and adhere to the specified cost and quality standards.
You will take over the operational management of final assembly on behalf of our production manager in collaboration with two group spokespersons.
You are committed to the continuous improvement and further development of production procedures and processes.
Monitoring and complying with safety and environmental regulations is part of your mission.
You will document processes and workflows and create assembly documentation in collaboration with the team leader.

Completed vocational training as an industrial foreman (m/f(d), master metalworker (m/f/d), production foreman (m/f/d), mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d) or a degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, production technology or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
Management experience in (special) mechanical engineering, social skills and the ability to inspire and motivate people.
A confident manner, coupled with assertiveness and the ability to work in a team.
Language skills: Good knowledge of German and English.
IT skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
