Your tasks:

  • Management,supervision and coordination of warehouse and logistics (transport) employees, work organization tasks
  • Quick and professional management of warehouse stock, incoming and outgoing inspection of materials
  • Implementation of efficient warehouse management, good utilization of warehouse surfaces, ensuring warehouse order.
  • Management and organization of picking processes based on production needs
  • Managing the performance of inventory tasks
  • Inventory management
  • Handling and documenting complaints
  • Continuous monitoring and development of transportation systems
  • Cost planning, control and capacity optimization
  • Support for tasks related to customs administration
  • Active participation in managerial decisions and their implementation
  • Cooperation and contact with partner departments
  • Inspection and enforcement of occupational fire and property protection regulations
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Striving for continuous development related to the operation and financial effectiveness of its area, exploring and implementing development areas.
  • Communicating and implementing corporate objectives, regulations, culture, creating and ensuring appropriate workplace morale.
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal company KPIs

Your profile:

  • Knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
  • Higher education in technical or logistics specialization
  • Experience in a similar position (min. 3-5 years) in an advantage-generating company
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of using a company management system is an advantage
  • Communication level knowledge of English
  • Ethical integrity
  • Leadership attitude, outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
